M+M is a sweet cozy family dwelling, served in hempcrete package.
It is located in the countryside near the capital Sofia. there is an amazing view from the second floor, so the terrace at that height was a must in this project.
Wooden cavity construction is filled with hempcrete to provide thermal insulation, while the adobe bricks, clay, and lime plasters improve the indoor quality of life.
High glazing on the ground level makes the building open to the yard and integrates the inner аnd outer space into one endless playground for the kids.
