“House Noah” was designed as a bio-climatical demonstrational building on the northern slopes of the Rhodope Mountains in the village of Izvor, Municipality Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
This project was my first big-scale timber construction with wooden joinery and carved details. A demonstration of natural building techniques such as Stone masonry, COB, Light Clay, and Straw Bales.
We developed a couple of different recipes for the clay plasters, according to the base on which they will be applied as finishes.
