Built building.
Specific to this project is the isolated rural location of the building plot. On the edge of the forest in a rather sparsely populated region of Mount Rudnik.
On our first visits to the site, each time a herd of roe deer was observed to pass right in front of the future construction site.
The building had to be open to nature, but at the same time protect the inhabitants from the cold snowy months in the mountains.
After changing the location, for easier access to construction equipment, in the final version of this project, the main factor turns out to be the view.
Extending more than 100 degrees in width and more than 120 km in depth. The view, the movement of the sun, the rose of the wind, and this road, were the defining factors for
the functional scheme of the building. The amount of sunny, cloudy days and rainfall were also taken into great consideration
because the building had to be self-sufficient to function off-grid.
